With over 20 years of experience as a Career Coach, and working in Human Resources, I have broad experience and skills across multiple industries and organisations. I also support university students through career coaching, counselling and education.

Some time ago, I embarked on a personal and spiritual journey, exploring many modalities that sparked my interest, filled my heart, and enriched my understanding of people and their unique paths. This taught me the importance of applying a whole-person, person-centred approach - where career success isn’t just about finding a job, but about discovering alignment, purpose, and fulfilment. And living it!

My qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development, a Master of Strategic Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing, a Diploma of Business and other courses in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) coaching and holistic modalities. Continuous learning is important to me, ensuring I provide high-quality support to my clients, while growing both professionally and personally.

I offer professional services and apply holistic modalities that can support you in your career journey. Sessions are offered face-to-face in Wollongong, online, or on the phone.
